Introducing the Premium 12m x 1.5m blue rollout mat, designed for the rapid deployment of MMA flooring. These lightweight XPE rollout mats quickly Velcro together, ensuring minimal setup time, so you can focus on your training.
The XPE foam used in these mats is a cross-linked polyethylene foam, manufactured through a high-pressure and heat process. This unique method allows for the creation of long sheets of foam, which are stretched over metal rollers to form a continuous mat. Unlike other foam mats, our XPE mats do not utilize greasy release agents during production, ensuring a non-slip surface from day one.
In contrast to EVA foam mats, which are made using a moulding process that can result in a slippery surface due to release agents, our XPE mats provide consistent grip from the first use. They feature a durable vinyl coating, welded at the corners to prevent tearing, and their Velcro edges help keep the mats securely together, minimizing gaps that could lead to injuries.
The 12m blue rollout mat with tatami finish is ideal for both groundwork and stand-up activities, offering an all-around surface that is quickly deployed and easily stowed away. For transportation, please note that the mat measures approximately 1.5m in length with a diameter of 85-88cm.
