Important: Foam Expansion Instructions

Your crash mat will arrive vacuum packed to reduce shipping size and protect the foam during transit.

Please follow these steps when it arrives:

1. Remove all packaging and allow the foam to unfold naturally.

2. Insert the foam into the cover as soon as possible after opening.

3. The foam will begin to expand immediately, but please allow up to 48 hours for it to fully return to its correct size and thickness.

4. During this time, the mat may appear slightly soft or uneven — this is completely normal and will settle as the foam expands.

To protect product hygiene, this crash mat is vacuum-packed and sealed on dispatch.

Once the seal is broken and the foam has been allowed to expand, the mat cannot be returned unless faulty. If your mat is still in its sealed, unused condition, you may return it within 30 days.
